Grace D has been a valued member of Elite Dental Care of Lemont for 7 years, and is our Office Manager and Patient Advocate. She is responsible for scheduling, financial arrangements, patient treatments and payment plans. Grace chose dentistry because she is a real people person and wanted to work with people, and learn something new. She likes to treat the patients like family and being able to help them have a better smile is very exciting for her. She makes people comfortable and relaxed in our Lemont dental office, before and after their procedure, and wants to make sure they are happy when they leave her office.

Tawnya  has been a valued member of Elite Dental Care of Lemont for 5 years, and is our Dental Hygienist. She is in charge of educating and taking care of her patient’s gums and bones. Tawnya also performs anesthesia and treats gum disease. Tawnya chose dentistry for a profession because ever since 9th grade, Tawnya wanted to be a dental assistant. After 10 years as an assistant, Tawnya enrolled in Dental Hygiene School and has practiced at Elite ever since. Tawnya believes in addition to providing excellent patient care and personally caring for her patients, she has a responsibility to educate her patients, both young and old, that good oral health promotes good overall health for her patient’s lifetime. Her education includes Dental Assisting at the Bates School in Tacoma, Washington, Pierre College, also in Tacoma, Washington, Prairie State College, Chicago Heights, Illinois, where she received an Associates Degree in Arts and Sciences, and an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene.

Melissa is our dental assistant, and has been a valued member of Elite Dental Care of Lemont and Downers Grove for more than 6 years. Her responsibilities include chairside assisting, making impressions and temporaries, taking X-rays, and handling patient relations. Melissa chose dentistry because she was curious about the career and now she loves it! She ensures that her patients are comfortable during the procedures and they are happy with the results. 

Leah, our Dental Assistant, has been a valued member of the Elite Dental Care of Lemont and Downers Grove for more than 6 years, and is responsible for assisting the dentist in providing quality care as a chair side assistant, making impressions and temporaries, taking X-rays, and handling patient relations. Leah chose dentistry because she was curious about the career and now with seven years of experience, she loves every minute of it. She believes in treating her patients with respect and appreciates their time in the office. She is especially attuned to listening and addressing their concerns. 

Joy, our dental hygienist in the Downers Grove dental office. She has over 15 years of experience in the dental field. She was an assistant for 4 years before becoming a registered dental hygienist. She enjoys working at Elite because of the fun staff and wonderful patients. She is passionate about oral health and enjoys helping to educate and inform her patients. When she’s not at work, Joy enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She lives in Oak Forest. Joy graduated from Prairie State College in 1998.

Anna Marie, the office manager at the Downers Grove office. She has had over 5 years in the dental field and loves helping our patients. Anna Marie loves working at Elite Dental Care because she knows everyone at Elite truly cares about the patients. When not at work, Anna Marie enjoy spending time with her family, listening to music, and watching movies. She lives in Burbank and attended Domincan University.

Kim, administrative assistant. Kim has been a valued member of Elite for over a year. She has worked in dentistry for over 33 years and has experience in all aspects of dentistry. She enjoys working with people, her interaction with them, and watching beautiful smiles evolve.

Grace Rizza, the internal communications and marketing specialist. She has worked for Elite Dental Care for over two years and enjoys helping all team members practice effective communication with each other and with patients. She enjoys working at Elite because the staff is extremely friendly and she is happy to be a part of such a wonderful and successful team.
